Join Elissa Cobb and Jen Peterson as we continue our study of how to integrate yoga into our lives on and off the mat. In this workshop, we’ll offer an overview of the Pancamaya model of the 5 Koshas, or layers of humaness, and use poses, breathwork and meditation to explore these layers within ourselves.
